not quite, the $100 is not happening every day, the average daily income is about $35 (weekends included)

I selled one for 10x. But it had some extra scripts installed.

In anyway you can get more than 5x and it is good to do it when the earnings are going up, because later you might get caught by network administrators (or websense)

I think yes but it depends the proxy.
As i could see from DP proxies with a good pagerank and quality traffic goes for 7 or 8 monthly revenues.
I think Nikolas sold a proxy with a very good price (for him) :)

Might not be a bad idea to sell now - it's March now and that leaves only a few more months before school lets out. Seems like proxy sites profits are quite tied to the school year.
