because they may want to be an admin with some simple tasks, part of a new community? please stop downgrading everthing I post -- some people may be interested.

Sorry, I never would downgrade something you wrote, but maybe you should offer something (not money) to have it easier to get good people.

By the way it's not nice to ask people to join your community while you are a part of this community ;)
Is this the same community where you got all the help for at this forum?
