It is very good, as it has all the directories categorized and ranked so you can submit your site starting from the best ranked.

Haha it is funny that there is a directory for directories  :)  Do you think it is best to submit to as many directories as possible?

Sure! It helps your pagerank, and also it helps you get indexed faster

I like that there's a directory for directories :)  It makes finding niche/targeted directories easier :)  I keep a file of directories I've submitted to, so I can make sure that there are no duplicate submissions.  Sometimes, directories hate it when you give multiple submissions for the same site (even if it is accidental).

Yeah they really hate that, and I can tell you that for sure because I am a directory owner myself.

It's ok when it is done one time (because it is propably a mistake) but when somebody do it on purpose or submits several pages of his/her site or even several domains that point to the same site, is for sure get banned

Yeah I've never submitted my site to a web directory multiple times. I should probably keep a list of directories I submit to though.

It's never too late, and believe me you must submit your site, as it is the easiest way to get some ranking to your site
