2005 : Google paied 1 billion dollars to publishers!

This number sounds a little big, right?

According to contentBiz google paied 1 billion US$ through the adsense publisher program.

I think that this shows first the size of the market, plus the huge cut that google has from it.

I think next month I'll reach $100 and get the first pay from Google, so what should I do with that first check? I'm thinking about just keeping it, maybe hang it on the wall instead of cashing it in...

If you want an advice about the money, I would suggest to invest it to your site again and again.

Even if you wont get back the money that you invest, it is the best way to learn what works for you, and what is not.

Yes investing the money in my sites is what I plan to do, but I think I'll just keep the first check uncashed. I think it would be quite funny being 80 years old and having that first check from google still hanging up on the wall. lol

Lol. That would be cool. Especcially if after that you would have lots of checques
