Hi all

I've just finished a tool that I made for myself but thought I'd publish it, called NFollow:

http://nfollow.com

I'd appreciate some feedback on it - let me know if it's confusing or how it works.

Thanks.

Barney

Hi Barney,

didn't checked it but the idea is very cool (while I'm afraid there are not so much blogs without the nofollow attribute in links)

So you are actually created a tool that helps people spam the internet?

Not at all Maverick. It is a time saving tool which strongly encourages webmasters to post comments on blogs in a mature, responsible and thought-out fashion - see http://nfollow.com/blog/6-tips-for-successful-blog-commenting and http://nfollow.com/blog/how-not-to-use-nfollow - I've posted links to these entries on the home page and on each results page to make a point about responsible commenting.

It's based in part on this philosophy - http://developedtraffic.com/2005/01/22/wordpress-and-the-google-link-attribute/

Barney,

actually posting comments on blog should be done because of sharing the content and not because of the link ;)

Olaf - I do so agree with you, but if you are posting a good piece of comment content to a blog, then surely payback would be to have a nice well-formed link?

yes right, but actually I want to have the visitor on my site ;) posting comments is not related to SEO (my thought)
