Your ad code supposed to be a url with a page that displays your 468x60 ads.
Let me know if you need more help with that ;)

I've got adsense on my website - would I then use my website address.

You should use a web page that has the ad only and nothing else

No, by ad I mean any 468x60 advertisement. The ad will be displayed in the threads that you start in the forum.
