Any High PR blog sites to share?

Many people say that blog comments are a good way for site promotion. However, it's not easy to find suitable blog sites to leave comments, especially comments with dofollow links.
So I'd like to build a thread here for you to contribute some useful blog sites.

did you want general blog sites or blog sites catering to a niche. For the latter:

I would recommend to use Google Blogs and search your topic. Change the relevancy to sort by date. You are looking for something within the last week. You will see a giant list of potential sites.

After seeing your results, take down the ones you need.  From there, use your same search parameters, but type "-[website name found]" to begin removing the names from your search list. You want to put the minus sign (-) in front of names, so they will be taken off the searched list. You can keep going to your heart's content until you feel like you reached your necessary amount of blogs.

Technorati is best.
