Any PhpScript for Autoresponder?

Is any body know if there a free PhpScript for Auto responder in regular basis?
I have a save list of email address spam free but find quite take time to manage it by send mail manually..

Bellow are two scripts I know, but as I had never used any of them, I can't really recommend one :

BTW if you know some php, is very easy to make such a script.
