Backup software for windows

Do you know any cool program for creating backups in Windows?

I just want a program that I will be able to save the locations that I want it to backup, and it will create an archive whenever I ask it.

I'm using SyncBack which is free. It copies all my new and changed files from selected folders to a second harddisk whenever I want. You can download it at Tucows
