Best way to put .mov files on web?

Hi,

I would really appreciate any insight regarding getting high quality slideshows with music on the web for people with all kinds of access, from modems to high speed broadband cable. For example: http://www.mayyoubeblessedmovie.com/

My choices seem to be: to create a .mov file then compress it or to encode it to flash. Which seems best?

Also, any suggestions. Is Quicktime Pro a good utility or is there a better compressing program for the same amount of money or less?

I have an Apple Powerbook G4...

Thanks,

Blake

I guess the flash solution is the best. I can't say how to do it because I haven't done any similar project, by I know that Flash streaming files is a good way to distribute video in the internet.

Check this tutorial from Abode : http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flash/articles/flv_exporter.html
