Best ways to send alot of new traffic to my site

 hey, james here... i've been running a small blog now for a little over a year, and just recently after reading alot on some of these different forums ive started trying to monetize my blog with adsense and am looking to find different easy ways to send lots of new traffic.  So far since i started ive just been dropping alot of links in comments i post on others blogs.. and doing the social bookmarking thing which is where most of my traffic comes from using the automated software from bmdemon.pcti-system. com .. which im sure most of you are probably using also.  But I was jus curious, as im still fairly new to this, what are some other easy effective ways i could drive alot of new traffic to my blog?  And furthermore, for those other methods for traffic are you aware of any other software like bm demon that will automate those methods for me that isnt going to cost me much??  As I work 40 hours a week and often find myself with very limited time to work on this project... Any advice / comments / suggestions would be very appreciated!! thanks

Building traffic takes a lot of time and effort. Here's just a few tips:

Find popular blogs and see if you can provide some guest articles with links back to your blog.
Submit articles to article syndication sites.
Write a press release about the blog and submit to press release sites.

Yes it takes a lot of time and effort. But if you really want to have a good link to your site you must learn the basic of SEO using the organic way.

You can use blog ping services, a lot of websites offer this services for blogs..

Also you can generate a RSS feed and distribute it among RSS distribution services to gain easy quality traffic.

The basic principals of a good blog ask for SOLID CONTENT - Do you have a lot of content on the blog itself? You will being to generate hits through search engines just from the content alone. I recommend getting this book - it's worth it trust me.

yes creating links is very easy but takes lot of time of yours, so try submitting your website from where you can get free backlinks both in quality and quantity.

There are services out there where you can get your blog articles submitted to lots of different back linking directories.  It usually costs money but it might be worth it to you

they create great backlinks for your site.
another way would be creating backlinks with related sites.
it will be very useful too..

first identify your goals..do your keyword research..update the content according to that..........get involved in link building manually with blog comments (which you are already doing), social bookmarking, web submissions, article submissions to article directories, if possible get some reciprocal links from high PR sites with good traffic of your NICHE.

ALl these things will help you get ranked on google and traffic.
