I just joined Blogchex. This is a place where you can blog and get paid for blogging. Your blog will display ads provided by them. The revenue is earned when your blog is displayed on your readers' browsers. This means that the more people read your blog, the more you will earn.

Furthermore, the blog editor is the WYSIWYG type and it is very easy to use. If anyone is interested to join, please give me your email address so that I can invite you to sign up under me.  :)

So you get paid per impression not click through rate, but your blog is hosted on their site not yours have I got that right?

That sounds like an easy way to make money. How much do they pay per visitor?

I don't think he meant impressions, one good Digg and even on $0.001 you could make several hundred dollars in the long term from it.

I checked their website not a mention of how much they pay or the basis for payment, though refers get 5% but 5% of what ever their signups make.

It is not based on click through. I have checked my earnings and it is based on displayed page. This is based on the number of users that I tracked going there although I would not know how the earning is calculated.

From the stats in blogchex's control panel, you can also see the number of times that your ads were displayed and you can see that your earning would increase as the impression increased. :)

Can you give us a sample CPM?

I think it is impression based I have already made $0.04 and that was with 6 unique page views and 16 add views, all of which were me!

Guess I could make money of this however, their seems to be a lot of people complaining about not being paid :( but we will see I'm going to experiment and see how much money I can make by sunday before closing down the blog :)

That page is not loading. Maybe you've sent there more traffic that you should :P

I think this program sounds to good to be true. 0.004 per impression /and counting your own visits, can't be true.

It is incredibly slow, I mean so slow its scary, and I suspect if I sent it more then 4 users at a time it would crash outright.

I plan to write 4 or 5 link bait posts, and well you can guess the rest, I'm taking bets on how quickly the server will be knocked over :)

To the rest, a friend of mine just got the note that her check for 50.01 has been sent to her address. I will be checking on her from time to time to see whether that is real or not. Once I have got the news, I will update it here.

$50 currently pay by cheque moving to paypal at the end of the month and reducing the limit to $10

So you need 1250 pageviews to get that money.....

My initial thoughts, their stats lie, and the value decreases more visitors you have the lower your Per impression rate.

So based on my current earnings to get to the $50 mark I need to attract 2500 unique visitors but to get to the $100 mark you are looking closer to 6000 so to reach a consistent $100 I will need to increase my traffic by nearly 500 visitors. You all following me so far
Therefore to reach and maintain 500 I need to
Tuesday - 2500
Wednesday - 4000
Thursday - 5000
Friday - 6000 (first $100/day)
Saturday - 6500
Sunday - 7050
This would give me 3 straight days at $100/per day

Now the good news, you can edit the template and CSS which will be tonight's job :) and I am now tracking Stats via Google Analytics, which will give me amongst other things refer information.

So to sum up to get 3 days worth of $100/per day I'm looking for over 30000 hits, hey what could be easier.
