Blogs vs Articles

Hi All,

I'm wondering if I should post articles on my website as articles or create a blog.

Which have you found to be more effective for SEO, traffic and overall promotion?

Do blogs imply that new content is added more frequently and will drive more repeat visitors than a section listed as Articles?

Or is fresh content all the same and it doesn't really matter as to the format?

In general fresh content is good anyway, but I would prefer a blog for the above reasons :

1) Blogs are like a trend, and people like them more than ordinary sites

2) Syndication through feeds and trackbacks can make your blog more visible (in terms of traffic)

3) People can post comments to your content, and give you better feedback + more fresh content

yes blogs are the best way to go, because of the forestated reasons, and then some. W/ Blogs (wordpress) there can be more than one writer, so if other people want to contribute, they can add their articles themselves in the WP-Admin. and ofcoarse the comments and organization are a BIG plus. :D
