So the world just got another proxy. I got a hosting account with CGIProxy on it. I see all these other proxy sites having a front page with AdSense on them. Can anyone point me in the right direction to skin my proxy. I have never done anything with cgi, only html and php. So, where to start...

Well start by copying/pasting my proxy :P

Now let me be serious.... you don't need to customize the nph-proxy.cgi.

Instead create an index page, with a form that posts the correct data to the nph script.
