CPC Campaign question

Once again, i am not sure if this is the right place to post my question.
I want to ask what is CPC Campaign about? Do i have to submit my site to topsites in order to use it?
I ask those questions because i have just bought CPC Campaign.

CPC campaign is an advertisment, that you pay for each click that your ad receives.

Regarding the product in the forum's shop, you get 1 euro deposit to your account.

BTW I just got your campaign, I will activate it tommorow and I will pm you the details :)
