How about paypopup.com? They have a nice control panel and you have full control over your banners/pop unders. They are raw cpm hits and so PERFECT for proxys if you put one 468x60 banner on every page. They have high rates for raw cpm at about $0.15 raw cpm for a 468x60 banner which isnt bad if you have a proxy having 20K+ pageveiws a day.
The only downside is that the stats are quite unaccurate and so a few ads can be not coundted but that cant be helped.

They banned me for no reason when I was going to get my first check,so I wouldn't recommend that company.

Yeh I read that.
It might have been luck so im still going ahead with them. I sent a support ticket as i get 4,000 pageveiws a month and only 80 ads have been counted, lol.

Popup stats are allways innacurate because of popup blockers, and because most of the companies wait some seconds before count the impression (to make sure that the user hasn't closed the window before the page loads)

Ok, i've given up on Paypopup, I got 4000 hits today and 128 displayed ads :/
Any ideas on what i could use nick? Baring in mind that i only get 28 uniques and so RAW (if possible) would be nice.

I am looking for a good CPM program (for popups).

If you don't have much traffic you can't go with the big ones (like casale), so you can try some smaller networks.

one network that accepted me is right media, but their rates are very low.

Monetizing a forum (and especcially a webmaster related one like this) is a ver hard task, but I am not going to put pops to this site my friend :)
