If you are running both Chitika eminimalls and Google adsense on the same site is that a problem?

I think that there is no problem with that if you are not using the contextual mode for the chitika ads.
The ads are by default non contextual in Chitika so there is no problem.

Use ch_non_contextual = 1; in the javascript code of the ad, and you are ok with Google.
