It seems to me that webhostingbuzz.com has business webhosting plans which are giving a semi-dedicated servers of higher quality with more features, so this looks to be more reasonable solution.

Nothing special about their semi-dedicated servers.. try to check more hosts as there are many other good options available in the market.
If you ask me, I know gigapros.com web host.. their semi-dedicated servers look to be more resourceful and you will have more opportunities dealing with this host.

cirtexhosting.com is the quality and popular provider with long experience. I see no reasons not to use it if it suits.
