Community Programmer wanted - Germany

We are looking for a PHP programmer on a contractual basis.

We are setting up an internet-community which deals with local music in Germany.

For this project we have certain milestone programming tasks, like
- user registration
- user authentication
- image manipulation
- storing data objects.

Per total we have about 30 milestones to code.

We use PHP5/MySQL.
We would pay per milestone on $5 (USD) per hour basis.
Deadlines are fix. If they are missed no money can be paid.
