Cpanel 10 question

i have a sub domain at 2dollarhost.net. my sub is silent.2dollarhost.net. i am trying to set up a sub ftp account on my sub domain. how do i access the domain in the image below? Thanks.

I think you can reach the domain using the same ftp account.

Is that a particilar reason for having more than one accounts?

I was trying to make a simple easy way for a user to upload files to there own folder on my ftp and i figured setting them up with there own ftp on my ftp would be easy
