That's the best tool I found this year.
You are giving some basic information about columns, widths, heights, etc and it produces an XHTML document.
The cool part is that you also put what type of document you want to produce (XTHML 1 transitional, Strict, etc)
Very usefull for guys like me that don't have a clue about W3C standards.
