What do you think about customized accounts? Is it a good sign if host is providing such services? Say
Metric Hosting is offering it and I know that they are in business for long already, what could you suggest?

Customized accounts require big resources to be present, but some host advertise much but have in fact less they simply oversell. To be out of oversellers I advise deal;ing with such hosts as serverpoint.com or aspnix.com.

Thanks guys for your replies. I'm going to use stable shared hosting plans offered by metric-hosting.ca. hope they will provide me stability as you said
