Discussion:ShoutBox and chatroom-give me your ideas.

I am new here.When i surfed the webdigity,i found "ShoutBox".

At first, i don't know what it means.So i searched it in google.They say it  is a chat module.

I also found a 123 flash chat in many other forums.So i am very confusing them now.

Which one is better?Or what are their features?

I think 123 flash chat software and ShoutBox are the different.

It is so easy to use shoutbox.But it is so easy that we can only chat.It has no webcam,no video,no audio.

123 flash chat has video,audio,webcam,even live show.It is flash chat.

I think it depends on how much your users are going to use it. For instance here in webdigity people use the forums instead of the shoutbox so it wouldn't be of any use to have video or audio chat.

i think 123 flash chat is useful when you have members and want to keep them sticky.
