Which type of method is best to get more backlinks like if i say that Blogging is more handy way to get more do follow backlinks?

Oh yes, blogging is a great way to build goof quality backlinks.
I highly recommend guest blogging as it is really working for me and helps in increasing backlinks and followers. I use a tool called ???Keyword Country??? to find authority blogs where I can guest post to.

One unique way that I encounter is exchanging site links for content. This one is not the guest posting type. What you do in here is a site owner  place a backlink to your site for you to write a specified number of articles. This works because site owners want to get more content on their site.

Most forums offer "dofollow" tags on signatures than blogs. The comments on blogs are subject to the owner's approval. So what if the blogger didn't approve your comment,that would mean less inbound link to your website. Would you post positive comments on blogs just to get your comment approved and gain links? I don't think so, in forums you are free to say anything you want as long as you follow the rules.
