I don't think the Google dance exists in the way that it use to. While there are constant updates to data center its not really the same as what was known as he "google dance".

I think numerous people's experiences as well as your own could tell u that yes, it is indeed exist!
Google's index update occurs on average once per month. It can be identified by significant movement in search results and especially by Google's cache of all indexed pages reflecting the status of Google's last spidering. But the update does not proceed as a switch from one index to another at one point in time. In fact, it takes several days to complete the index update.

did you ever notice that if Google bot takes you to some higher position and you get notice of it and suddenly on the second round or you can say after 10 or 20 minutes, again you searched for the same term or keyword to see your ranking is constant or not but you did not find your link there, did you experience such.

I think it exists. There are so many events proving it.
The name Google Dance is used to describe the index update of the Google search engine.
It occurs on average once per month. And for a short period there will be a significant movement in search results.

Yes the Google Dance does exist and is a fluctuation of serps results from keywords for a particular website. This particularly happens with new websites that are beginning their Seo efforts and Google tries to keep you confused.

Yes, Google dance do exists. It is nothing but the bouncing of keyword positions often times whenever there is a Google update.
