Flag images?

Does anyone knows a good collection of flags for use with web sites?

I would prefer something that could be easily used programmatically (eg. images like en.gif, el.gif, de.gif, etc.) but anything would be fine.

There's a website I know of that has loads of smilies, etc.. just give me a mo, and I'll find it.  ;)

ok, I've found it, but I don't think they have flags but I'll have a look. anyway, good for smilies, etc..
