Flash Headers

A lot of websites have flash headers these days and I find a lot of them are more distracting than pleasing to the eye. Some of them are really nice though and I'd like to learn how to make them. I have never used flash before so I have no clue where to start. Would anyone be able to direct me to a tutorial site or maybe explain to me how this is done?

A nice example is this layout... http://www.4design.tv/rob/

I like the animation used in the header.

As you may noticed I moved your topic here, because it is more appropriate category.

One cool place to start over is the Macromedia's official Flash development center whichis here : http://www.macromedia.com/devnet/flash/

and of course checking out this category of this forum.
