Does it mean anything about the resonability of getting such as free cert or it is I just a way to attract customers?

You know many companies has provided free SSL certificate and free domain name for life in their plans, m6.net is one of them.
And their prices are low.

You should really read TOS carefully but to my mind both offers are really attractive
