Its always said that fruits should be eaten after dinner....
But the fact is fruits should be eaten before dinner.. so that the all the fats and unwanted material gets collected and trapped on the fibres of the fruits, which helps in digestion!!! :)

Bananas and any type of peanuts could somehow boost your energy. aside from fruits grains and oats are also good energy provider.
