However nobody knows why Google makes Sitelinks for some websites ans why it doesn't make for others, i guess some parameters are important for having Sitelinks in Google and they are Pagerank and traffic.
I want to know other parameters that you know to have Sitelinks in Google?

Nope, I don't think facebook has to do with it. Probably the inbound links, the link juice of every page and the way the links are displayed (e.g. menu or something)!
