Google docs is free but with limited functions, and it didn't have that many users as Microsoft.
Now Google launched a Microsoft Office connector. You can just search Google cloud connector in Google.com to get it.
I've tried it for several days. it is just like a syn tool. easy for use. After the initial connect with my google account, now I can create and modify doc offline and get it syned simultaneously as I click the save button.
