Hello from Frederick Maryland

Hi everybody, I'm Judy from Frederick Maryland. 
I just changed careers and I'm an intern (that means I don't get paid much)

Eventually I'm going to be making youtube commercials for the small business clients the SEO firm I work for. Before I can do that I'm supposed to "get a background" in blogging and internet marketing. My boss says he learned almost everything he knows (which is a LOT) from online forums like the Warrior forum. He wants me to ask here online anytrhing I might ask him.

I've been instructed to just "lurk" (not totally sure exactly what that means yet).

So please forgive me if I ask dumb questions.

Our current task is to write "stories" about a restaurant equipment company, I'm drawing a blank as to how I'd go about making commercial kitchen equipment compelling.

Your boss is 100% right about the learning process. I learned both programming and web marketing through forums so it is for sure doable and in fact it is the real way to go (none can teach you what you can learn from experience)
