Dudes, I have seen that Helm is the control panel that is offered on Windows services, for example aspnix.com offers only it on their services, but why is it so?

Helm ... think aspnix.com offers this panel as it's customized for running Windows web sites.
I believe it has a user-friendly interface and it's not difficult to use it.
Just my two cents.
