Hiring a forum mod who can answer questions.

I have website and two premium domain names. Domain name A is a general knowledge domain name of the topic. Domain name B is a broad knowledge domain name of the topic that can cover many topics on the topic its self.

I would like to use Domain name B to appeal to a bigger audience. The problem is my knowledge of the topic covers Domain A. I do not want to start a website that I cant deliver on. Because people are going to ask questions and I will need answers. I thought about two different possibility's. A# I google the question I don't understand and post a answer with a link back to the original topic. (which is going to take users away from the website) Or B# I hire someone to answer questions in the topic that I don't have a general knowledge in.

My question is whats the best way to find a person like this. And also how can I be sure that there not using google to get the answer to the question? And how much can I expect to pay for someone to come to my forum and answer questions. Or do you think I should just stick to domain name A? I could probably answer 60% to 80% of Domain B's questions.

Edit: I was using a spell checker and the top part of my post got cut off?

It is totally up to you whether you want to do both domains or just one. Which would make you happier?  As far as finding someone, you could place an add on any site that you can looking for people.  Often on sites they have a job board.
