Host Monitoring solution

I cannot enter each day to see if my site is having any difficulties
I would like to have some solution to bring me information about UPTIME and SPEED. These are most important i think. Anyone pls ?

There are many services that help you in this area, and some hosts provide it for free(I use serverloft and they have such a service for free)

You can try with pingdom or such a similar service.

Hosttracker.com, there are reliable monitoring services, but still why can't you rely on the stats your host provides you?
