well i think there are some of them like namecheap.com even though it is reliable but i need some more but please be confirm that they are in business with long period and also should have better uptime

I don't think there is any hosting company that does not offer paypal as a payment solution....

yeah, most of them accept paypal, maybe they ask you to prepay for a longer period ....

I know hostgator charges monthly with paypal
and never had a problem with them...only when I add a new domain and they need to restart apache
but the support is very fast too so is not a huge problem

don't want to sound negative, but most hosts that are honest and generally good will only accept verified paypal. I think it would be best to verify, or if you can't, try using a VCC to verify it.

Most should take paypal I use hostnine and they have been around awhile and always have good customer service.
