How to Install PEAR Pacakages on Windows

I face the problem to install PEAR packages , For Example , i downloaded a package (Calendar-0.5.3) from (http://pear.php.net).The file of this package is .tgz format .

My Question

How i install this Package(Calendar-0.5.3.tgz) , where i place this file during installation of this package[/li]

the distrobution system sucks on windows, if you need a single package just install them like other classes.
