How to create the right group?

Hi

I know that group can be sometimes as a good source of advertising.

But how? and what kind of group should I create, if my site is www.news2.ca

I mean these kind of groups : http://groups.google.com/ and http://groups.yahoo.com/

you can't advertise this way, members of news groups are hating spammers, see a news group like a forum...

I have a brand new idea about advertising in groups.
If it will work, I will tell you some parts of it...
