How to have quality backlinks

I recently created a list of link building strategy and I wanted to share it to you guys.  :D I would also welcome other strategy, just comment below.
Here are some my LB strategies.. :-[

1. Link out to others. Create ?Best of?, Top 100? type posts referencing other?s people work and site it your niche, we give them links then they?ll link back.
2. Write high quality content and promote it to get natural links.
3. Convert articles to PDF format and submit it to bestPDF directories liked Scribd and Docstoc.
4. Optimized uploaded videos to Video hosting sites.
5. Get links from static sites and various platforms. (TLDs such as .edu, .gov and .com)
6. Article submission on article directory sites.
7. Blog submission on blog directory sites.
8. Blog commenting on related real estate websites. We do this slowly, quality is more important than quantity.
9. Link Baiting
10. Link Wheel (Be careful)

Yes, quality is more important than quantity. So link building should be with high PR similar sites.

Not exactly quality over quantity but I would rather say diversity over quantity...Many link form different root domain, IP, different types of scripts, different kinds of pages and so on...

Classic quality over quantity rules always applies!

There are many ways to get links from various sites. This might involve creating profiles on social media sites, to submitting to directories, but the main focus should be getting links from pages that are indexed and allow dofollow links? preferably with custom anchor text.

we do many new link building strategy for link building, but have to mind about quality links where we create links.

There are many ways to get backlinks, but you have to get the quality backlinks for your website or blog. you can do good quality off page optimization activities to get quality backlink.

from blogs and forum u can probably get the best quality backlinks if you know how to do it.
1. use firefox with seoquake and nofollow plugins
2. search for high PR pages (teher is plenty tutorials how to find high page rank forums ang blogs just google it).
3. make an effor when posting comment/reply dont just spam your links because it will be removed by moderators. Do some research on the topic you are going to comment on.

leaving comment on PR2 and higher is giving very  good quality backlinks. Some people even say that 10000 backlinks from pages without any rank equals 10 backlinks left on pager with rank 2 or higher.

There are many important ways to backlink,you have to  complete SEO,forum posting,social bookmarking for effective backlink.

One thing you don't have in your strategy which is Social Media, if you want to make your site a brand and if you want to get traffic also worth in the search engines never ignore the social media. I see many of the peoples never do SEO just do Social media of their sites they are happy and gaining big bucks .. So, please also include Social media is your strategy. One thing more Link wheel is going to the part of black hat Google not like more this activity so avoid pretty much from it.

well, you basically encompassed it all, though i would place a great focus on article marketing and press release submission, because they generate one way, not reciprocal links. oh, and web directory submission too! furthermore, if you have access to a list of high quality directories with high approval rate and PR or do follow websites, then you can enjoy quality link juice
