Is Breakfast Important.

Every morning I am going to my work without having breakfast. I just have launch and dinner most of the time. So i am asking is breakfast important, despite that I feel not hungry to the launch time? Please share here.

Breakfast is definitely important. Doctors recommend us that we should eat something within 4 to 6 hours. That means without food we should not spend more than 6 hours. If we we spend more time without food, we will attack by gastric, ulcer and various disease also.

Yes it is very important . If you try and have your last meal before 6pm then you will feel hungry in the morning and you will be able to eat . I used to do the same until my stomach started hurting

breakfast is  very much important for health. if you don't take breakfast, it can harm your body internally

breakfast is very important because your metabolism from the overnight fast Breakfast is considered an important meal because it breaks the overnight fasting periods and replenishes your supply of glucose. it is very bad for your stomach.................

While working my old job, I used to skip breakfast a lot. Mostly because I worked the night shift and by the end of the day (or morning) in my case I was way to tired to do anything but sleep.

So my breakfast was dinner, does that count?  :o

Anyway, break fast means to the 'break the fast' and to a good way to become malnourished and induce self starvation is to not place breakfast as a number one priority.

For me breakfast is important. Skipping breakfast is a common strategy for people who are trying to lose weight, but it's usually not a successful one. Your body (or maybe your brain) expects to be refueled a few times each day, so when you skip meals you may feel so hungry that when lunch time comes, you over-eat or maybe you choose foods that are not the healthiest choices.

I agree with the breakfast is definitely important. Skipping breakfast can affect our health.

Ya breakfast is important . Something should eat not very heavy but a light food can be good for breakfast. But its very important. More better if we have drink water of 1 or 2 glass of fresh water after wake up.

i think eating breakfast may be good for losing weight. People who eat breakfast are more likely to maintain a healthy weight...

I like to eat porridge with milk as a breakfast. it helps me to be in good spirits and feel very well during the day.

Its the kick start for your brain in the morning, it brings you into a focus point if you go directly to work. I can't go without it, I don't work well without it.

Also, the first thing I ingest is coffee unless they invent coffee pills.  :o
