Is adsense clik exchnage works?

Hi when i am browsing yesterday, I saw someone asking for clik exchage for adsense..Is is workin and publisher can get money from tat way???

This is against google's TOS so if you do it, you will get your account banned  from adsense....

It would work, but you may get banned if you are spotted. And the profits won't be that consistent. You'd better not risk your skin. Earn the clicks naturally!
