I know serverpoint.com has been operating for very long time already and thus suppose this is a reliable company. Never saw anyone to be complaining about the service.,
AS a good alternative I may suggest you using glowhost.com. This is also experienced and decent service provider, so I believe you may also become interested in their services.

Their hosting has a long history and their rep is stainless.
Servers are stable and they have a skillful support team.
