Life in Mars?

Today I read in the news (it is a greek source so I wont add a link) that the new spaceship of NASA that gone to Mars found water, and they said that the ammount of water in the planet is enough to support life.

That means that Mars propably have some form of life, and also make strongest the theories that tell about life in Mars in the past. I also heared once that Mars could have civilization, but this is propably close to science fiction(even that it is possible) :)

When they mention life on Mars, I think they really refer to bugs, microisms and plants. They might have been a civilization but that would be (like what you said) science - fiction.

But on a good note, it's great that NASA has found water, which this means man can now go to Mars and find water to drink and grow plants.
