quick question does anyone here use myspace or linkedIN if so what for, and do you actively look for "friends", I'm looking for a couple of good quotes for some research into social media.
By the way if you use linkedIN don't forget to add me as a connection my username is tnash

Hi,
I joined Linkedin some time before:
http://www.linkedin.com/in/finalwebsitesbut I can't say that I like it or that found some positive things (new contacts for example)
I have also an myspace account and added some friends with an adder, I checked the websites where I have links on my space and never noticed any referral information with the name "myspace".
I like stumbleupon at most... check also the new swicki versions:

d3st1net1cs - can I ask does your husband get much trade through myspace and is it his primary form of advertisement? does he have a web site? if you would prefer not to answer publicly then do feel free to PM me, it would be in the strictest confidence

Well some days he gets quite a bit of visits but he is just getting started... Can I post his links in here or is that advertising?

I think both of those sites are not what you should promote through myspace.
Myspace is mostly for entertainment/teenager web sites.

Hmm, I could see the teens going for the ebook site. A site-wide 99cents price would be attractive to young people.
While they might not jump at the recipe books - Caring for a Hamster, Game Cheats and a few others caught my eye as something that would be a match.
The professional web services page not as much a match in my view. I suspect the odd name may be getting some window shoppers but not conversions on that one.
