Links bellow search results

Latelly we all have seen links bellow some listings in google search results (I think there was a thread about that also, but I couldn't find it...)

For example if you search the word "php" you will notice bellow the php.net site links to downloads, tutorials, etc. which are parts of the php.net site.

My purpose was to find out how that works, and how I could add this to my site, but it seems that google is doing this task automatically.

yes I checked this too (after I read the blog yesterday)

It look like that your see them more often at regional sites, and they use the main navigation first (internal links only)

and I think the count how often visitors clicking the link aout of the SERP's
