Yes the site is nothing but a basicly blank PHPld site, but the domain has been regged before. The site is set up and ready to go. I would make the entire site affiliate links save people that are willing to pay for links. should be easy to make money once you get it off the ground.

This is a slightly modified template monster site, so templates are not included, its an affiliate site. I've had decent look with their program on sites I have promoted. The domain is worth decent money IMVHO. HTML for sale, you will remember that name tomorrow.
Any site not priced is offers of $25 or greater. After paypal payment will push domain to corresponding register and then send FTP and cpanel access info. SItes have not been promoted so traffic is very little, but a couple where noted have made sales.
