your portfolio link doesn't work, might be an idea to think about a more neutral landing page, after all you want all sorts of people to hire you not just chrome and scarlet lovers which I have a feeling will be a minority.

What are you talking about? Link works fine for me. What do you mean by a neutral landing page? There are 3 links to it and they all work.

I'm sorry I was talking about neutral colour pallettes, and if your not familiar with landing pages, they are simply pages that act as mini sites for specific users, in this paticular case your site has a strong set of colours that may not be to people taste and perhaps therefore would put of these people, you may wish to create a more neutral landing site for your portfolio. You might also like to look at some of the SEO posts on the forum here, Joomla is a nice CMS and you can get alot of help with making it very SEO friendly on their community site.

Still not sure I understand. Do you mean the skin colors of the overall site? I thought it was pretty neutral for me anyways LOL. I also updated the skin with a new skin that expands across the page. The little tiny fixed width was driving me nuts. With Joomla I do have the option of creating other skin choices for the entire site that any viewer would be able to pick a skin they like to view the site in.

Check it out now I changed the skin to a softer color instead. Is this better or what you were talking about?

that's a good improvement, you may not like the colours but its less likely to offend possible clients

Actually I really do like the colors they are pretty. I specialize in dark stuff mostly but I liked the way it turned out. I'm learning more and more all the time :D
