Making money through adsense sharing revenue?

I would like to asked if we can really make money in adsense sharing revenue and what are ways to improved our earnings from it?. If were active in forums or adsense sharing forum through is there a chance that we could earn lot from adsense?

i for one dont want to risk jeopardizing my adsense account by placing my pub id in other sites.

Yeah, it is not that good, plus there is none that makes money this way....
