Malware Removal and Prevention

hi guys, im not sure where to post this but i think this site that i found is worthy of linking to. It is a procedure for removing malware that should be performed in sequence, and concludes with prevention measures that can be implement to properly maintain a secure system.

I usually use Spybot S&D. It works great :)
