Moola Anyone?

Has anyone tried Moola yet? If so, what do you think?

I got an invite after waiting about a month or so to join. I find that I get all excited about winning the games and doubling my money, then I remember that I was only playing for 32c... haha! The only thing that gets irritating is that you have to veiw an advert before you play against someone. Though the prospect of winning 10 million dollars is a drive to keep you going.

I have 1 invite left if anyone wants to play for cash at moola.com?!    8)

what is this some kind of quiz?

wineo
Fri 12 May 2006, 08:32 am GMT +0200
No not a quiz; you challenge other members for their money. Whoever wins the gold rush bidding game wins the lot.

but you have to answer questions? or just playing games?

Edit: that was my post no. 500!

No questions need to be answered at all. It is a game where you bid on gold. I think I need to copy the instructions from the site for you all...

Gold Rush!
A 2-player game of strategy, in which the most clever bidder goes home with the gold!

Objective: A 2-player game of strategy, in which the most clever bidder goes home with the gold!
Description: Real-time, 2 player, simple strategy game.
Level of Difficulty: Easy
Duration: Approx. 3-5 minutes
Publisher: Moola

Each game of Gold Rush! consists of 6 short rounds. In each round, you and your opponent will bid on 6 nuggets of gold weighing 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 lbs. At the start of each round, one of six nuggets will be randomly dropped on the middle of a scale with each nugget appearing only ONCE.

You and your opponent will each have 6 gold nuggets of your own which you must risk during play. Using your own gold nuggets weighing 1 to 6 lbs (where each nugget can be used ONLY ONCE), you must try to outbid your opponent in order to tip the scale in your favor and win all the nuggets!

WARNING: You will have a 30 SECOND TIME LIMIT to place your bid! (If the time limit expires before you have placed your bid, you will automatically lose the game.)

After 6 rounds, the player with the most gold wins the game!

* In cases where both players bid the same amount, all of the nuggets currently on the scale will be combined with the new nugget chosen for the next round and placed in the middle of the scale to be won in the next round.

In the rare event that you and your opponent tie every round of the game, then the overall match is considered a draw and neither player wins or loses.

I thought advertising on your site"Click on our sponsers please!" was taboo and really frowned upon.  Moola does this everywhere.

EDIT : Don't spam the forum

It is not a taboo. But every cpc - cpm program dissallows it, but as they don't use any of them they can incensitive the visitors to click on the ads :)

Yeah I lost interest very quickly... winning cents is not my idea of fun and by no means a way of making money. I rather go to the casino!

LOL I agree with that.

Even that you can lose your house in the casino, it is still have more fun than 'fighting' for 2 cents :)

right it's about the feeling, you have to gamble with money that it hurts if you loose it!
